I've rescued several litters of "tossed out" kittens, ages 2 to 3 weeks, the past few years. When the mothers can't feed them or aren't around, this is the next best thing. Contains the vitamins/minerals necessary for a kitten to thrive, and all mine did except for one who didn't want to eat no matter how hard I tried :(. Also, I find using a medicine dropper easier to use than the KMR Nurser Bottle.
Watch the expiration dates no matter where you buy this from. I always keep a can or two on hand, and buy locally at PetSmart or Petco. There's no time to order online if you have orphaned kittens and you're out of KMR, they need to eat every 2 or 3 hours or they won't survive.
