We have a pond at our Berkeley, CA home and originally bought this food at a pet store. It was very expensive so when we ran out of it, we bought some much cheaper food at the pet store. After feeding the food to our fish only once, they went on strike and wouldn't come up for a second meal. So we went back to the store and exchanged the cheap food for this food and our fish reappeared from hiding. Now we buy 4 bags at a time on Amazon so that the per-bag cost is reasonable.
