Ami Cat
I just have to say how wrong this food is biologically. Cats are obligate carnivores meaning they need a diet that is 70% or more meat. Cats also do not have the amount of enzymes necessary to break down carbohydrates so although the protein levels seem sufficient they are derived from carbohydrates which they cannot break down! It is true that a cat wouldn't be eating cows in the wild, they would be eating rodents and a cow is much closer to a rodent than a soybean. I don't mean to be harsh, but as a vegetarian myself and someone who fully believes in the power of plants for humans I think anyone buying this should reevaluate their cats needs. I firmly believe that putting your cat on this food will cause great suffering for you and your pet, which is what we are trying to prevent by being vegan. Also it is dry, cats derive the moisture they need in the wild from the blood of prey, meaning they are not designed to consume enough water outside of food! I know you are all intelligent people for considering vegetarian options for yourselves and the obvious conclusion is that it would also be good for your cat but they are very different PLEASE RESEARCH IT.
