A friend who is active in dog rescue and has owned a lot of dogs over the years recommended this product to me for my new female Doberman who, at the time, was practically gassing me out of my house. I had already switched my dog to a no-grain diet plus daily doses of wild Alaskan salmon oil since she has various skin issues associated with blue Dobermans as well as a thyroid condition. This product did the trick almost immediately, she became less gassy! She's been on this supplement for 6 months now and I can say, without doubt, that it helped her (and me!) immensely. She eats it willingly, the jar lasts a long time (I did reduce the dosage to once a day, fed in her evening meal), has no odor or side effects that I can see. As always, I would recommend first altering your dog's diet first to a premium food as opposed to the "grocery store" brands (check out the Whole Dog Journal publication for recommendations) but if that doesn't work and your vet has ruled out any medical condition, definitely give this product a try!
