I have an older special needs cats, he is about 16 years old. He now is my only housecat; however, I care for a feral cat colony outside. Benny is his name and he is not only picky, but also has a very sensitive system. I can't feed him just any canned cat food, his system has a hard time processing certain food. I had him on Fancy Feast elegant medleys since it seemed to settle well with him. However, I had to keep him off the milky one they had, he seems to not handle that one well.
I received a sample of this food and fed it to him one day. It did not look pleasing to me but he inhaled it. I then bought a few more cans to make sure he liked it. He just finished a can not too long ago and is curled up napping in his bed.
I am glad I was able to find a case of this food for him on here. I wish it was on subscribe and save, that would save money and be more convenient. However, knowing that he loves it and it settles well, that is all that matters.
I do want to mention these are the smaller cans. The picture is blown up and it looks like the bigger can. They sell this in the 5.5 ounce and then the 3 ounce cans. These are the smaller cans. Something to keep in mind if you thought they were the bigger ones.
