I rescued my Iguana several years ago. He was 2 years old (that's what I was told) he drug his hind legs behind him, the tail started behind the legs as a Z form (calcium deficient Metabolic Bone Disease) I started him on some vitamins, a good heaping amount of fresh dark green/yellow vegetables, misting him to help him shed his skin. His tail where it had broken off I would imagine years ago, had not shed properly so the end of it was a bulbous form. I gave him water therapy, exercising his muscles in the tub. Long soaks to remove the skin that had not shed. But his base diet that he was on was the Rep-Cal Adult Iguana food. He loved it! I still use it on a day to day basis along with fresh vegetables and fruits and vitamins/calcium from time to time to help him out. It is 4 years later and he now can run on all 4's, he walks outside on a harness, he has grown A LOT since I got him and his vet says he's in great health! Thank you Rep-Cal. George thanks you too, cause he Loves his pellets. He even eats them dry, no soaking required. He has a big bowl of water so he can hydrate. I use this exclusively when I'm on vacation as it's easier for the pet sitter. Then upon my return I start him back on added vegetables and fruits. And if I put something in the bowl he's not crazy about, I sprinkle it with Rep-Cal pellets and he eats his meal. AWESOME product, thank you.
