My 6 year-old male Oriental Short Hair was diagnosed in May 2013 with Kidney Failure. Unclear if it is from inflammation or genetic. He is on the following:
1. Orijen Catfood (free feeding)
2. Renavast 2X/Day
3. Azodyl 2X/Day
4. 1/4 Pepcid (Famotidine) 2X/Day
5. Feline Renal Support (Standard Process) 2X/Day
6. Immune Support (Standard Process) 2X/Day
7. 100mls Fluids every 3 days
I purchased gel caps and combined the Azodyl and Pepcid. I dip each in water and down the hatch they go. He is doing very well. He has gained weight and feels well. His BUN and Creatine have stabilized and are trending down.
I believe RenAvast has assisted in his overall health.
