Evanger's Grain Free Buffalo - 24x6 oz
When I purchased Evanger's Organic Chicken cat food, I also purchased the Buffalo cat food. I was really excited about feeding my elderly, hyperthyroid kitty buffalo, since it is supposed to be such a healthful food. And she really liked it! She wouldn't eat much of it at a time, but I think that's because it is such a rich food; it contains liver (perhaps a lot of liver, based on the smell). Anyway, as I was doing more research on the Evanger company, I learned of a number of pet food recalls they have had, and based on the company's response (seemingly unconcerned and dismissive), I am uncomfortable with the idea of using Evanger's products and have decided not to use any of their products, now or in the future, which is such a shame because I think it would have helped my kitty's health (as long as it was not contaminated!).
