I was willing to give it a try, as it would have been nice not to rush back home for a feeding, but it failed miserably. Our 1 year old dalmatian mix took the cover right off and polished off the food in all four compartments on the very first test. This product may work for a very small dog (or a cat), but not for most midto larger-dogs.
On the positive side, Amazon was very efficient in refunding my payment, and the return process was painless. I am very pleased with my Amazon Prime membership!
