My cat loves this. And I generally have found that the nutrition listed on the Friskies label is as good as or better than most grocery store brands. And maybe some of the more expensive brands, too. I was surprised when it arrived to find it includes fish flavors.
Factoid alert: I used to avoid getting a fish flavor for my cat because I'd heard that tuna can be bad for cats. Then I would have rated this a 3. But I looked it up, and found that this would be true of tuna by itself, or tuna in foods made for humans, but not in foods made for cats if they don't contain very much tuna and offset it by adding vitamin E which is needed to digest the fats in the tuna, as Friskies and other cat foods do. The article speculated that a few cats may become allergic to tuna. I recommend you look this up for yourself.
