Signature Housewares Dog Town Dog Bowl

OK let's start at the top. The bowl arrived in a manila envelope, smashed into four pieces. Upon inspection, I realized, after putting the pieces together (no pun...) that the bowl was a small, not a medium. On top of a broken wrong-sized item, I discovered that the piece was counterfeit--the Signature logo was not to be found on the bottom of the item. The manufacturer verified this after I sent the pieces to them. They sent ;me the correct bowl as a courtesy.
