I bought these to use as water dishes for my large cat. Size wise they seem to run larger than other brands. They are of high quality and look like they will last a long time unlike my old ones whose inside finish was coming off.
They come with a removable rubber ring on the bottom to stop your pet from sliding them around. The rings have a rubber smell when they first arrive but you can take the rings off and let them air out for a while.
I also like that the product stickers are on the outside not the inside of the bowl and come off with soap and water. Recently I bought another brand made in China that had the product stickers on the inside of the bowl and I could not get large areas of the sticker glue off and had to throw them away. The last thing a pet owner wants is left over chemical glue on the inside of a pets water / food dish.
One note on the model numbers the manufactures website says the model numbers for the 1 quart ending in 23 is the gloss / mirror finish and the model ending in 32 is matt finish. I think the amazon search feature lists the 23 as matt but the actual product page has the correct picture and name.
