I love this brand , I have been buying for a long time now..I don't blame the seller or Amazon , but there was hardly any pieces in this bag , A few smaller chunks { about the size of a quarter } and mostly fine dust ...Maybe it was the last of a lot issue..But not happy @ this cost , with so little Pheasant..~!~
I will also state I like the big Chunks , I break them down , to pay this price , and not get much , Well that's a bummer ..SO the reprieve is that I bought a second bag { different area , within a week of first bag } opened it two-days ago and there was plenty of the Pheasant , plus the regular dust or crumbs of some..The second bag was worth the price..{two girl feline persons, really ,put us through paces , you know the attitude , we call it Callitude..~!~ } Ages close , 3-5 } Callie has been eating it longer and she really chows down..I mix it with the new brand.. I and Love and You {surf and turf } They eat it,must be good..She eats less , but more often. As a test , I put down about an hour or so ago, the Pheasant in one bowl and a mix of both in the other..Pasha will eat whatever she wants and then some { Poor baby , a rescue } and she never knew food until we gave her wet.
Our Vet said she was ruined { meaning her desire for food , we now are trying to keep her thinner } She's not obese , but if she keeps this up , she will have certain health issues..So going to give this over-all a 4 1/2 rating , it would be a five if it was consistent on the amount of Pheasant ..~!~
