We got this door for our pug, Emma. It works really well, giving us piece of mind when we have to leave Emma at home. The only thing that we had not considered was that Emma likes to sit inside the door with the door open, just sitting there sniffing the outside air.....Yes, it does kind of defeat the purpose of our energy efficient house but, she doesn't do it all the time so it's not a big deal.
