I had been giving my bichon 2 kinds of antibiotics twice daily for three weeks and she just got worse. I read about this somewhere and gave it to her twice a day for two weeks; she's cured. Before this she was lethargic and had bloody urine; now she's a ball of energy again. I cannot figure it out; I'm just so happy for her! It has a tiny scoop inside and I gave her one scoop in some milk 2X daily; she liked it .
UPDATE: Our bichon got much worse and was hiding. Took her to the vet: she had 3 big bladder stones and had to have them surgically removed. We ALMOST LOST HER. Thank God in a week she was well and we have our sweetheart back again. IF YOUR DOG IS LISTLESS, HIDING FROM YOU AND IT'S TUMMY IS DISTENDED DO *NOT* DO LIKE I DID AND GIVE IT THIS. TAKE HIM TO THE VET ASAP.
