I have a six year old male maine coon mix. He just aced his yearly physical but the vet recommended that I discontinue his nightly treat of gravy lovers fancy feast (dubbed by some as kitty crack) in lieu of something without harmful chemicals. He eats dry kibble and looks forward to wet food. Went to PetCo to buy a variety of healthy canned food and this one developed by Dick VanPatten was the clear winner. Usually my "boy" eats very reserved... he couldn't pull away from this 'paté' till the last lick. This price on Amazon is comparative in cost (using PRIME free shipping) and saves venturing out in the snow. I went to Natural Balance's website and really liked what I read, even considering changing his (just for Maine Coons) kibble to theirs. Admittedly we are new to this product but low-far-so-good
