I will be looking for an alternative to this food with less fat filler. I used to buy this in large quantity as a high protein, low fat, no grain option for my diabetic cat. The formula has been changed at least twice apparently for production cost savings that have hurt the quality of the food and are not cost effective to the buyer. First the size of the can was decreased. Second, the concentrated pate formula was changed to a courser product that is less appealing to the cat. Recently, the cans have contained almost 1/4 can of fat filler and 3/4 can of loose fat saturated meat. The price per can remains the same while the amount of food is drastically decreased (more than 25%)! This amount of fat is not healthy or beneficial to any cat, especially not a diabetic cat. I am disappointed that this is no longer a healthy option for my cats.
