My cat Chloe is extra smart and extra food driven. At 10 months old, she is an 8 pound female, and opened the door blocking the first feeding tray within 5 minutes on the first try. My response was to only fill 5 of the 6 trays, but she was able to push the door out of the way and get into the next tray over. I double checked to make sure the door is properly seated in its groove and locked, but Chloe managed to pull the door out entirely. In this video, you will see her open the door, then push it in to get to the next food tray. This is maybe her third try getting into it.
This product gets to keep a star, as I think I will be able to use the first 4 trays. The recording feature is nice and the instructions weren't bad... it just takes some time to program. We'll see how that goes, and I'll lower the rating to one star if she figures out how to get into it further.
