i have a 14.5 yr old chihuahua. i feed her evanger's canned organic turkey w/ potato and carrots dinner and evanger's canned low fat vegetarian, about 1/4 c each in the morning, and a mashed clove of roasted garlic. at night she gets a small quantity of raw organic chicken, some homemade sweet potato, chick peas and brown rice, and a bit of flax meal. she is a lively, cheerful, fit, healthy dog with a lovely coat and bright eyes. do i know if she is thriving because of her diet, or in spite of it? no.
