When we first adopted our lab/border collie mix at eight months old, she was extremely underweight and had constant diarrhea. We didn't know what was wrong! We tried science diet and iams, but she wouldn't eat them. Her weight loss and diarrhea continued. We finally got her to start eating Purina with chunks of meat in it, and she finally started gaining weight. Her diarrhea improved a little bit, but her fur was thin and dull and she didn't seem as healthy as she should be. I did some research on grain free foods and switched her over to this formula. Immediately her diarrhea went away! She gained weight even faster, and now instead of skin and bones, she is a beautiful slender dog with tons of energy. The sweet potato acts as a natural stool hardener, and no grain makes it easy to digest. Her fur is thick, shiny, and luxurious like it should be. Wonderful food!
