Ordering was easy. Delivery was timely. But the tank was broken upon arrival. Why? Packaging. (I knew when the FedEx driver said, "Is it supposed to tinkle inside the box?" that having an aquarium shipped was a bad idea. Each end of the box looked like accordion bellows; there was a gash on the top of the box; there was not one.single.word on the outside of the box indicating that it was fragile, made of glass, or to handle with care; one thin strip of tape, that wasn't correctly attached, flapped in the wind; the tank was wrapped in one sheet of small bubble wrap; a piece of brown packing paper was laid on top; there was a FOOT of slop in the box for the aquarium to slide from top to bottom. Do they not make original packaging for these tanks? (A recent ten-gallon purchase from a big box retailer had that aquarium in inches of Styrofoam along with rigid cardboard bumpers.) Since I've noticed several of these being sold after I purchased mine on-line, it makes me wonder if anybody's arrived in tact? I called Amazon, and we agreed to return it for a refund; can't imagine replacement would have turned out differently. *sigh*
