I purchased a case of cat food from this seller thinking because of the high price for the food, the food would be good quality and my cat would love it. I received the case, removed one can and my cat would not go near the food. I contacted this seller and asked if I could return the case minus the cost of one can or even exchange for any other product since I will not be using the other 23 cans. They stated they would not return OR exchange the item and I was to contact the manufacturer of the cat food. I have never contacted Friskies or Fancy Feast directly if I purchase the food at Petco or Petsmart therefore why would I contact the manufacturer of the case I bought from Best Selection? This seems like very shotty service and very unprofessional. Their return policy is "if you are not satisfied within 30 days, please contact us for a return". Well, that policy is a LIE!! Even the manufacturer of the food thought the seller was "passing the buck" and not reputable. Do NOT purchase anything from this seller UNLESS you are Positive you want the item as you will probably never be able to return the item or exchange it!!!!
