This is a very, very small bowl. But we have a small animal, so it was perfect for us. It handles very well in the dishwasher, and it's not exactly as shiny in real life as it is in the picture. It worked for what we needed it to do. I believe the description said that it didn't move around a lot, and that's not really true. It's just a plastic food/water bowl, there aren't really any special perks to it. But it holds food well and that's all we need it to do.
