Recommended by my vetinarian for a kitten I got from the animal shelter who had a bad case of diarrea. Kitten was around 6 months old when we got her along with another older cat. Kitty poop was like pudding and stunk really bad. Spent over $1500 trying to resolve the issue. Initially, we puchased both the dry and the wet versions of this food but, the kitten hated the wet version and would not eat it. Not very fond of the dry version either. Because we must keep the kitten on a very strick diet, we have to feed this to both cats. Neither cat is overly fond of this food.
But, I do have to say that it "looks" like this Gastro Intestinal High Energy HE30 dry food is helping the kitten with her diarrea. She still has soft poop but, it's manageable at this time.
