I bought this product thinking what a great bargain it is. However, I am not pleased with how dusty the litter is as I pour it into the litter box. A veritable cloud of Cat's Pride fills the immediate area, and I need either a hand fan or a magazine handy to wave away the billows of dust in which I'm surrounded. Oh, and one more curious thing: I've had my eight-year-old male cat for about seven years. He's never been obsessed with his litter box before. But ever since changing his litter (gradually)to Cat's Pride, he seems fixated on going into his box. Last night in the span of 30 minutes, he probably visited his box about 4 times. This has been going on for about four days now. He's a healthy cat, but there's something about this litter brand that has my cat completely riveted to visiting his box. Perhaps it's the fine, sandy grain texture of the litter, and the very perfumed smell that attracts him. Nevertheless, I'm going back to a more gravelly, odorless and odor-absorbing brand of cat litter as soon as possible. I believe that this cat litter has made my cat a neurotic, and I only hope this new cat box fixation is reversable. He's in there right now as I type this sentence. And by the way, folks, Cat's Pride is NOT great at odor fighting!
