we give this to my cat twice a day so we go through a lot of it, so the bulk availability with free shipping is wonderful, and we've seen great results she's much more agile than she used to be before we started supplementing. Only thing is the dosage recommended may need to be played with we started with 1 capsule a day and went to 2 because she's overweight and we weren't seeing great results at first, 2 seemed to be the ticket for her!
