I adopted a beautiful 8 year old kitty from the dumb friends league, I had no idea of what kind of food to feed her but I knew I wanted to feed her a high quality food that was good for her. At the DFL they where feeding her Science diet, she hated it. I have tried just about everything, blue buffalo, spot's stew and innova, I recently went to the store to purchase more blue, but noticed that the innova was recalled. Which innova is made by P&G now. Not really a place to make a holistic cat food, in my opinion. I gave her a small amount of blue and innova everyday because she would pick on both of these. But I was not happy to see that the innova was recalled. So I wanted to look for a better Pet Food company. I ran across this. My girl actually LOVES this food. I came home from work and her bowl was empty. I think it is well worth the price knowing it is made by a small company that takes making pet food seriously with high quality ingredients.
