My cichlids were on New Life Spectrum Cichlid Formula 1mm but were growing quite large so I thought I'd change them to this. They go after it, pull it into their mouths and then immediately spit it back out. Fed the Cichlid formula again and they ate it in seconds. I think I just have picky fish. Lol.
