I would give five stars to the food, but only one star for the delivery time. Our two cats are big and eat a lot, so I thought it would be much easier to order through Amazon and get it sent right to our house, than go to the grocery often to pick up a case or two. Even though Amazon's price is a little higher, saving on gas and time, it seemed worth it.
It is difficult to know what cats will like, so while ours love this food, and won't eat any other flavor I've tried, I'm sure they'd agree that it is 5-star. However, anybody else's cats may not agree, so that is always a tossup as to what they will go for. Cats is weird.
What was exceptionally disappointing is the ridiculous shipping wait. It was listed as 4-5 weeks just to ship, and I don't know how long the stuff will be in transit, as I am still waiting for it.
Trying to anticipate how much to order, and when, with such a long time just to ship out these is probably not worth the trouble. I brought this to the attention of Amazon via email, and their reply was pretty fuzzy, talking about different shipping locations.
In any case, if you order 3-4 cases at a time as I do, you will have to have a lot already in your house before taking a chance or ordering this.
