Friskies OceanFish in Sauce Cat Food, 5.5-Ounce (Pack of 24)
I received our latest order yesterday evening and sat the two large boxes on the floor in the kitchen. I opened them this morning to put them away in the pantry only to discover that two cases of this Friskies, packed in one box, were packed on edge, not flat. The box had been dropped at least once in shipping....and you guessed it. Eight cans in one case and two in the other were badly dented, and it was more than enough to break the pull tab seals and leak the contents all over the box and all over my kitchen floor. I'm soaking the rest in the kitchen sink to see if any are worth saving. And given the shipping time and the sour smell reeking from this box, I'd say the damage was at the Amazon warehouse. YOU DO NOT PACK PULL TAB CANS ON EDGE!!! How stupid do you have to be to do that??? The food was and is one of our cats' favs, just NOT PACKED like this!
