My three cats seem to enjoy this food, and they don't throw up. Some of the other organic food they throw up. I like the first ingredient listed as organic chicken, not chicken by-products or corn meal, etc. Buying cheap food that you can get more bang for the buck isn't necessarily the way to go, it's probably cheaper because its garbage.
