JW Pet Company Cataction Feather Ball with Bell, Cat Toy
It's a great quality toy, it rolls (not great, but it does), it jingles, it's got feathers, and the rubbery material is durable and seems like fun to chew on. Our cats actually don't pay it much mind, but it IS a great quality toy... It's not the toy's fault my cats are stupid.
